Department of Noi Anugavithi ozhukkam & research methodology and medical ethics organized two days educational visit in water purification plant (kilpauk) and sewage treatment plant (koyambedu) in Chennai for III professional B.S.M.S October-2021 batch students. Total of 46 students and 2 faculty members participated in the visit.

We express our sincere thanks to CEO sir &CBO sir for grant permission for this visit. We thank our beloved principal Dr.S.Mathu kumar sir for the support to organize the visit.

We thank Deputy Director (training centre) G.B.Vydahi to grant approval for the visit. The department like to thank Mrs.Vinitha, Assistant executive engineer for supporting us to execute the visit. We thank Mr.R.Ashok (chief chemist) and Mr.Ezhumalai who guide us in water purification plant. We thank Mrs.R.Ponmalar (Plant engineer) ,Mr.Karthick (Manager) ,Mr.Nelson(process engineer) wh given brief explanation regarding sewage treatment plant.

The students saw both the plants and gained knowledge about water purification methodologies and sewage treatment process in this visit.
