First Professional students were taken for Botany Educational tour from 09.09.2019 to 13.09.2019. Beyond just a typical tour, this study tour involved gaining an in and out understanding in knowing the details of medicinal plants, collection of plants and on top of it, creating awareness in preserving rare species of plants and saving mother nature. Tour visit included places like chengalpet forest, kodaikanal botanical garden, pine forest, pillar rock, guna caves- Courtralam, papanasam, kaarayar dam, agathiyar hills, chithra sabhai and Govt. botanical garden and ended happily at the college campus.
