Sri Sairam Siddha Medical College and Research Centre, Institutional Innovation Council conducted session on 19/12/2024, Dr. C.R. Rene Robin, The Dean of Innovation at Sri Sairam Institutions, delivered an insightful talk on “Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop.” The Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop was conducted to address complex challenges within a team or organization. This session was aimed to foster creativity, enhance problem-solving skills and develop innovative solutions through structured techniques. Participants, including students, team members, staffs and key stakeholders, gathered to tackle real-world challenges, encourage collaborative thinking and generate practical solutions. Dr. Rene Robin highlighted the importance of a robust business model, market research and the need for strategic planning. His talk also covered the challenges entrepreneurs might face and provided practical solutions to overcome them. The session was highly engaging, inspiring many attendees to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.
