An awareness Rally was held from Tambaram Gurukulam School to National Institute of Siddha on occasion of World Breastfeeding Week on friday 4.8.23, on behalf of Department of OG & Paediatrics and National Service scheme (NSS) , Sri Sairam Siddha Medical College & Research Centre.

The rally was presided over by the Principal , prof.Dr. S.Mathukumar, and inaugurated by the Assistant commissioner of Police, Mr. Suresh. About 200 students, Teaching faculties and medical officers attended . We emphasized the need for breast milk to the public. NSS Programme Officer Dr. N.R. Panneerselvam coordinated the the rally.
